The aerospace sector requires a unique set of skills, and developing those skills takes time. As a company of more than 60 years, Lafarge & Egge knows something about longevity. Everyone has room to grow in a new career, and we put in the time with our new hires. From entry-level to experienced workers, we’ll take time to show you the ropes of our warehouse, tools, and tricks of the trade. For industries as technical as welding and tube bending, new skills are gained over time, practice, and patience.
