Spray Transfer

This method demands higher voltage and current to produce higher heat input, with molten metal transferring in the form of small droplets.

Pulsed Transfer

In pulsed metal transfer, a droplet of filler metal transfers from the electrode to the workpiece with each pulse cycle of current, resulting in less spatter and faster welding.
